接到客戶的訂單要求后，由設(shè)計(jì)人員進(jìn)行大型軍事模型的設(shè)計(jì)，這是工人師傅的制作說明書。拿到圖紙之后，師傅們會(huì)根據(jù)圖紙將所需要的不同長(zhǎng)度的50mm50mm*2.0mm的方鋼裁切出來，然后將其焊接成為大型軍事模型的骨架。

在骨架制作完成后，師傅們會(huì)根據(jù)骨架的平面分布，選擇合適大小的的2mm厚的鍍鋅板進(jìn)行焊接蒙皮工作，并在鍍鋅板與框之間采用鉚接法連接，以確保大型軍事模型有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度。

更后，根據(jù)客戶的具要求，采用汽車漆對(duì)大型軍事模型的外觀進(jìn)行噴繪，可根據(jù)需求噴涂字樣和logo，并調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)的細(xì)節(jié)。
